The unit we provide is a $10,000 dollar Professional Grade System built around a custom computer system and should not be confused with inexpensive kiddie units that are sold for few a few hundred dollars at Kmart.  Our systems are complete and do not require costly, hard to find cassettes and/or CDs for individual songs.  Also, since our equipment is made for use in a professional environment, it can easily be tied into your auditorium’s sound system. If you don’t have a sound system in place, we would be happy to provide you with concert speakers. Our systems can use either wired or wireless microphones, depending on your performer's preference.

Our system even allows the recording of the performances! Think of the additional funds you could raise when you pre-sell CDs of the evening’s winners or entire performance for additional fund raising profits. We can even handle the bulk duplicating of the CDs for you – all you need to do is take the orders and make the deliveries.

Along with the system, we can also provide a technical advisor to be on-site during your rehearsals and events.  Our technical advisor knows the system inside and out and, if you so desire, can also act as your emcee.

The entire list of available songs can be downloaded off the web so participants can plan their performances ahead of time. We will also provide you with printed copies that your participants can preview prior to your event.

Here’s a quick rundown of what we can provide you for a fundraising event. 


Our Standard Fundraiser Package:

  • 2 Afternoons of pre-event rehearsals
  • Includes our professional Karaoke system with required hardware and audio hook-ups
  • Technical Advisor or Emcee
  • Additional rehearsals can be arranged
  • 1 Evening’s Main Event (More can be added if you wish a 2 or 3 day tournament)
  • Afternoon Technical Rehearsal on the day of the event (or first day, in the case of multiple nights)

  • Your own page on our website www.karaokepartyrentals.com, with announcements photos and details that you can use in promoting your event.  Your webpage will also have a link to our online catalog of 10,000 songs that performers can choose from. After the event, we will maintain your web page for up to 60 days.  You may alter the content, if you wish, to display winner’s names, photos from the event, sell CDs or to promote your next event.

Special package prices and support are available for your event, as described above.  We also offer many options that you may choose that will allow you to customize your event and fund raising abilities. 

For example, we can offer you:

  • Additional rehearsal afternoons
  • Additional “event” nights (for a multi-night tournament format)
  • Recordings of your events – These are a great additional fundraiser.  We can offer you a musical CD of the event, complete with insert and jewel case, for as little as $5.00, in quantity.  You can sell them for at least $10.  We suggest that you pre-sell the majority at a discount price, say $10.  This will give you a base line volume and assure you of the best volume pricing. We also suggest that you offer “after the event sales” at a slightly higher price (perhaps $12-$15).  By staging your orders, you can be assured of the best volume pricing with you pre-orders and still be able to capture the late-decision makers.
